Dr. Fulbrook currently accepts the following insurance plans: (Texas)
- Medicare
- Cigna
- UMR
If your plan is not listed, out of network benefits may be available depending upon your specific plan.
Please note that I am unable to see clients who have Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance. This includes Medicare members who have a secondary BCBS policy.
Cash pay rates: $150.00 – $200.00 per session
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
